My niece is a beautiful model and I've painted her portrait many times. Since this was a fairly simple pose, I decided to have some fun with the color to enhance her playful expression!
Color Me Beautiful was selected by show judge Michael Ireland for inclusion into the Illinois Watercolor Society 38th National Exhibition 2022 where it received the Creative Catalyst Award.
