Portrait of Truman, Part 2

The next day I feel pretty ambitious. I mix up some black with fresh-squeezed French Ultramarine Blue and Quinacridone Burnt Orange and get to work on Truman’s forehead stripes (after first masking out a few whiskers). I adjust the water/pigment ratio as I go, softening edges, changing colors, and dragging the paint around the face.

I move down to work on Truman’s cute little white paws before mixing more fresh black for his tabby-striped legs. I work until I need a break from painting black! I glaze over the floor shadow again and then stop.

Good question, Eloise! I'm only just figuring it out myself! It's my understanding that you need an RSS feeder (I downloaded -Feedlyâ€). This was the easiest explanation I've seen: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6HNUqDL-pI8
If anyone else can explain this better, feel free to pitch in!
